Fernandez spent his early childhood in North Miami before relocating to Kendall during his teenage years, where his character and work ethic continued to develop. He witnessed firsthand the realities of entrepreneurship through his father, a small business owner, and the strength and dedication of his mother, who raised four children while instilling the values of faith, resilience, and personal responsibility.

Fernandez attended Miami Sunset Senior High School, where he excelled as a varsity athlete in football, basketball, and golf. His experience in competitive athletics helped develop the discipline, leadership, and mental toughness that would later define his professional career.

He continued his athletic and academic journey at Scottsdale Community College in Arizona, where he played quarterback before transferring to the University of Miami Football Team. As a tight end, he further strengthened his discipline, strategic thinking, and consistency while competing at a high level.

Fernandez earned his Bachelor of Science in Education with a minor in Business Administration from the University of Miami. He later served as an Offensive Graduate Assistant Coach with the football program while completing his Master of Arts in Liberal Studies, gaining valuable experience in leadership, mentorship, and organizational strategy. He also earned his MBA from the University of Illinois Gies College of Business, specializing in Entrepreneurship and Management.
